Why we tell people not to apply
An application takes real time from a committee or a business, and a fee is wasted if the odds were never there. So we advise against applying when we don't think the chances justify the time and cost involved, even though that means turning away paid work. When we do say apply, you can take it seriously.
What you can expect
- A fixed fee, agreed before any work starts, and no success fee.
- You approve the final application, and you lodge it unless you ask us to.
- We don't name you to a funder or anyone else without asking you first.
