Grant applications for events, festivals and shows
Grants for events come from state tourism and events bodies, councils, federal arts programs, philanthropic funds and companies. We work out which ones your event could apply for, tell you honestly which are worth the effort, and write the applications you go ahead with.

If we don't think it's worth your time and money to apply, we'll tell you.
We don't work on success fees, and we'd rather tell a committee not to apply than have volunteers spend weeks on an application we don't think is competitive.
The free check
Tell us about your event: what it is, where and when it runs, and what you'd like funding for. We'll send you a short written brief with the grants that fit, how strong an application would be, what would make it stronger, and our fee. It's free, and there's no need for a call.
How we work with events
- Timing first. Some event grants take months to decide, so we look at your next event date and the rounds that close in time for it.
- A fixed fee. Agreed in writing before any work starts. No success fee.
- You stay in charge. You approve the final application and lodge it, unless you ask us to.
- After a win. We offer acquittal support (quoted separately) and a grant calendar service.
We monitor grant programs in every state and territory, including state, local government and philanthropic funding, so our advice is based on what's actually open and who can apply.
